Traffic Safety Committee


The City's Traffic Safety Committee is made up of City staff and representatives from the Sheriff's Department and Poway Unified School District


The Committee meets on an as-needed basis to discuss traffic-related issues that have been raised by residents or City staff, and make recommendations to the City Council. The public is welcome to address the committee regarding any traffic-related issues not on the agenda.  If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to provide comments, please contact Steve Crosby, City Engineer.
